Chris Jacobs and The Jacobs Group have been our go to Yardi consultants since 2014. Chris and his colleagues possess a vast breadth and depth of knowledge, and have held our hand through all our Yardi experiences, from the initial implementation and upgrades, to new asset on-boarding, and expansion from commercial to residential property management. The Jacobs Group is also highly responsive to smaller questions and roadblocks, such as bank reconciliation discrepancies, and year-end accounting. Chris and his team are a pleasure to work with, and an invaluable asset in maximizing how Yardi works for our company.

We have been engaged with The Jacobs Group since 2021, shortly after we completed our software conversion from Skyline to Yardi. Chris and Todd have become invaluable to us. It is great having a resource at the tip of your fingers that is available to you immediately. They are quick with their responses either through email or phone calls. And if there is something that they are not experts on they will tell you upfront and work diligently to research the issue and to provide multiple solutions that best suit you and your business. I would highly recommend them as a Yardi consultant, especially if you have recently gone through a software conversion. 

The Jacobs Group has been assisting our business for over a decade.  We used Yardi Voyager for years and they helped with all aspects of the program and particularly with problems we encountered with accounting, property set-up, ledger issues, etc. We transitioned to Yardi Breeze a few years ago and that was not a smooth transition, so Jacobs Group was instrumental in solving issues that arose during and after the transition. We use Yardi technical support but for many issues we prefer to go straight to Jacobs Group or if we cannot solve the issue with Yardi.

Honestly our systems would not be functioning well without the help they have provided over the years.
